CN Repair Kit/type 1

CN Models Carboweave Repair Kit Type 1 – a compact, professionally selected range of carbon, glass and foam materials for repairing and reinforcing small composite RC models.

Ideal for DLG, F3K and smaller composite gliders, the Type 1 kit provides a useful selection of materials for common wing, tail, boom and fuselage repairs, all supplied in convenient, manageable sizes.

Kit Contents

• CW20 Carbon – 20 g/m², 2-layer – 300 × 200 mm
  Ideal for lightweight tail and surface repairs.

• CW40 Carbon – 40 g/m², 2-layer – 300 × 200 mm
  Suitable for wing repairs and general reinforcement.

• CW57 Carbon – 57 g/m², 3-layer – 300 × 200 mm
  For stronger repairs to booms, fuselages and higher-stress areas.

• 80 g/m² Woven Glass – 300 × 200 mm
  Useful where a non-conductive reinforcement layer is preferred, including around 2.4 GHz antenna areas.

• IMS 65 Carbon Tow/Roving – 5 m
  For local reinforcement, longer repairs and adding carbon strength where required.

• Cascell RS30 Foam Core
  Useful for rebuilding damaged sandwich structures and local core repairs.
