Originally designed and kitted in the early 1980s as the 24" Firefly, the model was an instant success and a favourite on the slope.

The Firefly II is a refined modern evolution of that classic design. Designer Steve Haley has reimagined the model for today’s builders — now featuring a 30-inch wingspan, extended moment arm for improved pitch stability, and a performance-enhancing AG36-mod wing profile using the proven Jedelsky wing construction technique.

Lightweight, rugged and refreshingly straightforward to assemble, the Firefly II is the perfect slope companion. Compact enough to keep in the car, yet capable of smooth, agile flight in everything from gentle lift to lively winds.
