Graupner 'Filou' ~ Laser-cut Parts set

The Filou is a small glider with simple construction and good performance, intended for free-flying and radio control. Able to be built quickly and adjusted without difficulty, it is the model accessible to the almost beginner and its elegant lines add to its appeal.

The box contains the following 89 laser-cut parts

  • 38 Wing ribs + 2 tip blocks + 2 braces cut in 1.5mm balsa

  • Ribs are also cut with small 'vent' holes to alleviate the 'ballooning' issue when film covering.

  • 16 Horizontal stab ribs in 1.5mm balsa

  • 19 fuselage parts cut in 1.5mm balsa

  • 2 wing braces + 8 fuselage parts cut in 1.5mm aircraft ply

  • No building plan is included - this is not a complete kit
