Graupner 'Middle Stick' ~ Laser-cut Rib Set

The Graupner kit version of the original Phil Kraft 'Middle Stick' that so many have tried to replicate and not come close to the original @fun fly' sports model.

Model Specification:

  • Brand:                     Graupner designed by Phil Kraft in 1970 - Best Nr 4631

  • Type:                       Radio control sport model model 4/5 channel

  • Wing span:             55”

  • Motor:                     .31 - .61 / Electric conversion

The box contains the following 56 laser-cut parts

  • 20 Wing ribs cut in hand-selected 2.4mm balsa

  • 14 Sub ribs cut in 2.4mm balsa

  • 20 Wing tip parts cut in 2.4mm balsa

  • 1 Balsa dihedral brace cut in 2.4mm balsa

  • 1 dihedral brace cut in 1.5mm aircraft ply

  • Ribs are cut to suit the original metric spars.

  • Ribs are also cut with small servo cable holes to allow the use of separate wing servos.

  • The original holes are also cut and marked on the ribs if required.

  • No building plan is included - this is not a full kit.
