'Simplex 60' Laser-cut Parts Set
Note: This set is not a complete kit. A plan is not included, and additional materials are required to complete the model.
The Simplex is a lovely, simple, but elegant design by Paul Plecan from 1941. A free flight/rc conversion model that is easy to build, transport, and fly. The model is simple to construct given how many straight lines the model has, especially when viewed from the side. The wing and tail are readily removable for transportation, and the motor unit slips out for repairs or battery charging.
We also can offer the wing rib set for the 40-inch wingspan version of the original Paul Plecan design for 2-channel RC
